InQuiry AI Letter Review

One editor. Four buttons.
Three quality levels.

A plain-English guide to what each button does — and how the Fast, Balanced and Premium levels change the result.

Fast — quickest & cheapest
Balanced — the everyday default
Premium — highest quality

Every button works the same way: you click, InQuiry AI suggests, and nothing changes until you accept it. The quality level you pick sets the trade-off between speed, depth and cost — higher levels think harder and cost a little more per letter. Start on Balanced; reach for Premium on your trickiest letters.

Grammar Review

A clean-up pass on the letter you already dictated. Clinical facts, diagnoses and medication names are always preserved exactly.

Fast
Pure proofread

Corrects spelling, punctuation, grammar and obvious dictation slips — and nothing else. Sentences are not reworded or restructured. The quickest, cheapest option for a letter that just needs tidying.

Balanced
Proofread + polish

Everything in Fast, applied with more care.

Improves clarity, flow and professional wording while keeping your meaning intact — so the letter reads the way you speak at your best.
Premium
Best result

The most capable engine for the most polished outcome.

Handles long, messy or heavily-dictated letters with the best judgement on tone and readability.

Complete Redo

A full structural rewrite to specialist-clinic standard — problem list, history, investigations, impression and plan. Your clinical content stays exactly as dictated; the structure and register are rebuilt.

Balanced
Full rebuild

Reorganises and rewrites the whole letter into a clean, professional specialist structure with proper flow and register — in seconds. The right choice for most trainee or rushed letters.

Premium
Best result

The same rebuild driven by the most capable engine.

Best for long, complex or poorly-structured letters where nuance and clinical subtlety matter most.

Genius Add

Corrects the letter and adds expert clinical value where it's warranted. Treats all the information you've provided as correct — it enriches, it doesn't second-guess.

Balanced
Correct + enrich

Full grammar correction plus clinical depth: relevant differential diagnoses, validated clinical scores (FIB-4, MELD, Glasgow-Blatchford and more) calculated from your data, and concise guideline references where management decisions are made.

Premium
Deepest reasoning

The most capable engine for richer enrichment.

Deeper clinical reasoning and more sophisticated, better-judged additions for complex presentations.

Custom Review

The most personalised option. Matches your saved style profile and your own personal additions, so the result sounds like you wrote it.

Balanced
Your voice

Applies your saved structure, recurring phrases, opening and closing language and clinical voice, along with any personal additions you've set — then corrects and polishes the letter to match. The more letters you save, the better the match.

Premium
Truest match

The most capable engine for the most faithful match.

Best voice-matching and reasoning for letters that must sound exactly like you, every time.

Pop-out Review

The same four buttons, in their own window — so you can review a letter from anywhere, not just inside InQuiry. Built for any browser-based editor, and for copy-and-paste everywhere else.

One keypress
Inside any web editor

Put your cursor in the letter and press your keyboard shortcut (set it at chrome://extensions/shortcuts). InQuiry grabs the letter, opens it in the pop-out, you run any review, then Apply & Close writes the result straight back into your editor. Works with most browser-based editors — CKEditor, TinyMCE, and standard rich-text fields.

Copy & paste
Works everywhere else

Writing in Word, a different system, or an editor we can't write into directly? Open the pop-out from the extension, paste your letter, review it, and copy the result out. If all else fails, the revised letter is always left on your clipboard — just press Ctrl+V wherever you're writing.

You always approve every change. Whatever button or level you choose, suggestions appear for you to review — nothing is applied to your letter until you click Accept.

About cost: higher quality levels use more capable engines that think harder, so they cost a little more per letter. Most users run Balanced day-to-day and switch to Premium only for their most complex correspondence. You can set a different default level for each button in the extension.
